Long radio silence on this blog! I’m updating quickly with a non-update to offer a brief hello. This summer I’m getting courses ready for fall (American Literature and Senior Capstone), working on behind the scenes projects for the writing center I co-direct, and writing and researching. Spring Semester 2013
Classes just started at Southwestern, and I’m officially back on campus teaching three classes this semester (two sections of Survey of American Literature, and Black Women Writers). My sabbatical last semester was productive, but I’m enjoying all the dynamic energy of being back in the classroom. This semester, my Black Women Writers students will be Read.
